About the Authors

This dictionary is the result of a long-term collaboration between two distinguished Egyptian engineers:

1.      Abduljaleel Ahmed Salama:

 Engineer, holding a bachelor's degree in Automotive mechanical. Abdul Jaleel has made significant contributions and extensive experience in writing technical dictionaries over 15 books and dictionaries in the automotive field, particularly those related to internal combustion engines (ICE) and spare parts, e.g.,

A vehicle electronic engineer and trainer with 14 years of experience in the automotive field, including electric vehicle systems, Ali Sameh is currently the Manager of Diagnosis & Connected Solutions at Smart Europe GmbH.

Ali Sameh is an expert in HV battery technologies, HV safety risk assessment, electric motors, and EV infrastructure. He has worked with leading companies across Germany, Egypt, the Middle East, and Europe. He holds the vEFK Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft for electric vehicles and the DGUV Level 3E certification.

In addition to his professional roles, Ali is the Head of the EV Service Technician Diploma at the Electric Vehicles Academy, KSA. He also manages a YouTube channel in Arabic where he explains EV technologies and vehicle electronics. Furthermore, he works as a global freelance trainer, delivering specialized training on electric vehicle systems, EV safety, and high-voltage licenses to professionals worldwide.
